Place: Dutch Treat Dinner at the Mt. House Rest Rte 340 & Rte 9W in Sparkill, NY

Companions;
First I would like to thank the companions for their vote of confidence in reelecting me High Priest of the Chapter.
Next I would like to congratulate all the newly elected and appointed officers of the Chapter.
Grand Chapter has requested that all the Chapters do their opening and closings ritual without the use of open books and prompters. WE now have three new applicants seeking admission so I hope to do some of the degree work from memory. This last year was good, I hope next year will be better.
In closing, I would like to wish all the Companions a Happy Holiday and a Joyous New Year.
